Membership

Wichita Blues Society members are a delightfully diverse group of people who have a love and appreciation for the Blues. You could say that members are the fuel that makes this Blues machine run. Members have fun keeping the Blues alive by volunteering at events or serving committees. WBS strives to provide continuing benefits to its members. Being a WBS members provides opportunity to save money at participating Wichita-area merchants. See the Member Benefits page for more information. Members also receive our bi-monthly newsletter the Blues Riff, and discounts at most WBS events.

By hosting music events, the WBS also supports local musicians and venues. Each year, the WBS sends a band to Memphis to compete in the International Blues Challenge.

Take the first step in volunteering by saying "yes" when a WBS member calls to ask you to volunteer at an event. Come out and meet your fellow WBS members and have fun!
